Listening Therapy
As a counselling professional I am dedicated to listening to you and working alongside you on your journey. Many people are experiencing anxiety or depression as a result of the pandemic, while for others, existing or underlying problems may feel more pressing. We can all feel overwhelmed at times. Sometimes it’s hard to see how our situation can improve and we continue to repeat patterns that no longer help us. Counselling can help to support you when life gets difficult. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, relationship breakdowns, shame, stress, trauma, health or family problems, even taking the first step and talking about it can be an enormous help and can begin to ease your mind
